A Little About Who We Are

The Robin Foundation is an independent 501 (c) (3) charitable/nonprofit organization.  The Foundation was formally established in 1995, although it has been doing its work since 1990.

One of its goals is to provide for the needs of all seriously ill children and their families, not only those diagnosed with cancer, but any and all children.

The Foundation began its work delivering toys and gifts to seriously ill children who were unfortunate enough to find themselves in the hospital on the holidays.  Today it has expanded its horizons well beyond simply bringing gifts and cheer on the holidays.  The Robin Foundation assists in  sending seriously ill children to summer camp, provides food, clothing and lodging to both in- and outpatients and their families during their treatments, provides birthday gifts and specialty parties, and oh so much more.

The Foundation relies solely on your donations and has provided over $27,000 worth of toys and gifts since its inception in 1990, with over $16,000 in additional donations of toys and gifts donated by supporters of The Robin Foundation.

The Robin Foundation has worked closely with one medical facility in Galveston for eighteen (18) years.  Dee Evans' contributions and diligent work have been warmly welcomed.

In 2007, the Robin Foundation relocated to the Baton Rouge-New Orleans to help lend their support to the families living there.
